GrassRootsDesign Business Practice Policy

All invoices are submitted in an electronic format.

Non-profits and artist receive a 10% automatic discount. GRD also provides a sliding scale discount for demonstrated need.

Any service agreement can be cancelled within one payment period. The average payment period is one month.

Invoices are submitted at the end of the month or at the completion of the project.

Prepaid service agreement must be used within one calendar year.

Website development includes but is not limited to; layout, markup, design, graphics, optimization, simple animation, backgrounds, buttons, banners and all code is standard and valid.

Website programming includes digital effects, scripting, complex animation, database, form processing, information processing, CMS, etc.

Accounts that are 30 days past due are subject to interest charges.
